I am so very excited because, MOVE OVER ROYAL WEDDING, Nyana’s coming home! 😀
Nyana was born on September 20, 2010 at 27 weeks gestation, just a little over 2 pounds. She has cystic lung disease, and due to this condition, she has spent the last 7 months since her birth in the NICU.
Her mother, Karen, came into my life through a virtual support group for women across Canada who happened to be due in and around December 2010. I started following Karen’s blog shortly after Nyana was born, and I have been an avid member of “Nyana’s Army” ever since.
So, finally, after 200+ days of waiting, little Miss Nyana Rose is able to come home, today, April 29, 2011.
